The 6 Steps to Success

1. Planning our journey

At the beginning we discuss your company’s specific health goals and define measurable KPIs and milestones to reach. We also chose a local running event to train for – adding a goal your team can rally around.

2. Recruiting & onboard participants

This is where the whole project actually starts for your employees. We handle internal marketing and onboarding to ensure strong engagement for the highest possible output. We make sure your team is excited and ready to run.

3. Start the training

Once we’ve found a lot of engaged participants, we provide each and every one with a personalized training plan and individual recommendations. Now your team can start to train after an easy-to-follow training plan. We do weekly check-ins and host a weekly pre-work run club exclusively for your company, where we are available for in-person questions and extra motivation. Your team is advised to upload all their runs on Strava for clear tracking which allows dynamics adjustments from our side.

5. Time to race

D-Day has arrived. Your employees compete in the event they’ve trained so rigorously for. With custom team wear, we also increase your brand visibility among spectators and fellow runners.

6. Evaluation & plan forward

The race is done, records have been smashed – but it isn’t over. Now we analyze the progress in detail, based on the KPIs defined in the first step. We also explore how to maintain momentum and turn short-term wins into long-lasting health benefits for your team.
